DR. TYHRA CAROLYN is a trainer, coach and social scientist first and foremost, she is also known for her efforts on environmental activism, and perhaps an accidental advocate with a flair for integrated research, monitoring and evaluation, project/programme management

Caroline has broad skill base and experience in strategy. leadership and management, having  been involved in the implementation of projects and programmes at the local governance level funded by United States Agency for International Development, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Canadian International Development Agency and Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. She  worked as a Research and Capacity Development Consultant, and Senior Research Officer with oversight and coordination of the programme. 

She has also engaged and partnered with stakeholders such as the Departments and Agencies, private sector, service providers and local communities in developing practical solutions. She has been organised several  workshops for her stakeholders. 

Dr. Caroline has a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Science and Technology and also certified as programme (PgMP) and project management professional (PMP).
